Role
Effe Collective is a contemporary photography collective founded in Calabria in 2018, which I co-founded with photographers Giuseppe Cremona, Domenico Mendicino and Valentina Procopio. Besides being a founding member, I took care of the collective’s visual identity from day one. I designed the logo, built the brand system, and created the infographics and communication materials for its events and exhibitions.

Design Vision
The collective’s mission is simple: connect, share and spread contemporary photography in Southern Italy. The identity had to work the same way. It needed to be recognisable without overpowering the photographs, and flexible enough for very different voices and styles.
Starting from the logo, the identity grew into a coherent visual language of typography, layouts and event infographics, applied to posters, social media, exhibition panels and publications. Each event had its own look, while every piece still read clearly as Effe Collective.

Effe Collective is still active, with exhibitions, publications and an online academy. Its story is told on Funzilla Fest and on the collective’s website.
